We make planning your small wedding simple – with our all-in-one Micro Wedding Package at Larcomb Vineyard.

If you’re looking for an intimate and affordable wedding from as little as $2650, at a gorgeous Canterbury venue, with a gorgeous courtyard and multiple spaces for photos, then our Larcomb Vineyard package could be the perfect choice for you.

Micro Weddings at Larcomb Vineyard, also known as Boutique, Intimate or Pop-Up Weddings, cater for up to 30 people year-round, Monday– Thursday (excluding public holidays), and can include everything a normal wedding does but within a two-hour time frame. There may be some capacity for Friday and Saturday micro weddings. Please just ask!

By booking our two-hour package, you receive the following:

VENUE: Larcomb Vineyard, Larcombs Road, Rolleston

PHOTOGRAPHER: an available WWP photographer. ( Libby Ellmers Photography; Kirsten Smart Photography; Photoshots; Robin + Andie. We will organise them for you.)

CELEBRANT: Anna Flanagan, Beth Dunn, or Jane Godfrey (We will organise them for you.)

CO-ORDINATOR: You will have a dedicated point-of-contact for your micro wedding – Anna Flanagan.

There are also extras you can add in:

CAKE: Twisted Flour & Sugar Merchants – $120

DRINKS: As a licensed venue, Larcomb can offer a bar tab option, cash bar or BYO (wine only, corkage fees apply).

CATERER: G&T Catering can supply delicious canapés ($20p/p)

FLOWERS: Prime Petals. Tash has plenty of options – a small floral bouquet – $100; boutonnière – $20. Pick up in Christchurch.

LIVE SOUND: Jeanz Production can offer live sound options from $250.

VENUE: Larcomb Vineyard

Larcomb Vineyard is a full-service venue located in Rolleston, with various ceremony location options, onsite bridal photos, and different areas to host your wedding day.

They ensure your wedding day is everything you’ve ever dreamed of and offer an onsite Venue Manager, Ceremony location of choice set up with chairs, ceremony archway and a wine barrel for signing. They can set up the Small barn and courtyard areas with tables and chairs, bar leaners and outdoor umbrellas.

PHOTOGRAPHER: A Wedding White Pages photographer

You have two options to choose from:

60 minutes of photos (this option comes with the package)
90 minutes of photos (choose this option from $200 more)

The time for each photography option starts at the beginning of the ceremony.

You will receive a gallery of images four weeks after your wedding, with a ‘sneak peek’ of five images within two business days.

These celebrants love micro weddings! There’s something so special about inviting your closest friends and family to celebrate your love with you. We do the legal bit first, with a beautiful personalised ceremony, where you can share your own vows (which your celebrant will help with) – then you can get into the celebration straight afterwards! (NB: You can hire the celebrant’s PA for ceremony music at a cost of $25. The price of the celebrant doesn’t include your marriage licence fee of $150.)

You will receive a taller style 6-inch cake. Flavour choices: signature chocolate; vanilla; lemon; or white chocolate mud. Twisted Flour offers free collection Monday to Saturday, or a delivery fee of $20.
