She is all about bringing the joy and sharing your story, and she works closely with you to do so. Anna is a validated member of the Celebrants Aotearoa, which means she also officiates registry weddings. Ultimately, her goal is to deliver a perfect wedding ceremony that is tailored to reflect you, creating unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime.
Tell us about yourself? I’m a mum, a wife, a fur-mum and a celebrant! Being a Celebrant is an absolute joy to me, and 100% my passion.
I joined the Celebrants Association right from the start because professionalism and ongoing training are very important to me. It’s my honour to serve as a member of the National Executive. This means I support the strategic direction and advocate for other Celebrants too.
Tell us about your style? My style is all about making sure you both feel comfy on your wedding day – I’ve got your back!
Leading up to it, I’ll guide you through the requirements and find out what is important for you. Then, I’ll create a ceremony that tells your story around all of that.
My couples say that I’m bubbly, put them at ease, flexible and that I bring the vibe!
Best part of any ceremony for you? Hands down, it’s when you see each other as you’re coming up the aisle! I love seeing the emotion you feel for one another – it is truly magic.
Favourite things? Dogs, travel and food! We have three dogs, and we foster for the SPCA. I love experiencing and embracing culture and authentic travel experiences. We’ve been to Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Samoa; and Bali.
I love a good roadie, with Hanmer Springs, Kaikoura and Dunedin featuring often. I’m also a massive foodie – particularly partial to dumplings, bun cha and pho!
