Tell us about yourself? I’ve been a celebrant for over 10 years and officiated over 100 weddings. I have a BA in drama and I love to use this training to help couples find just the right words to tell their own love story. I’m a confident and accomplished writer and public speaker. I’m a member of CANZ, and value the professional and collegial support from that organisation. In my day job I work as a manager at Foodstuffs, leading the team that sets up and maintains all the products you can buy at the supermarket. Something fun about me? I love to make things – baking, sewing, crafting, you name it, I will give it a go. I have a bit of a collection of Lego buildings, which I’d like to keep adding to, too.
Tell us about your style? I’m calm and relaxed, with an eye for detail, and I tailor my service to suit each couple.
Best part of any ceremony for you? When a couple exchange vows, and the emotions spill over into tears (and laughter).
Favourite things? Travelling and baking (I donate to GBB). I recently adopted a greyhound called Blaze, who used to race, now she is learning to be a pet.
